The Skillful Teaching Mentoring Program is the most established and full-spectrum program for supporting teachers during and beyond their teacher training out there! It’s been more than six years in the making and is currently a thriving live and interactive program with teachers from all over the world!

Believe me when I say there is nothing else quite like this out there! That is not to say that there are not other training programs that are excellent, there are! And yet, the Mentoring Program gives you 12 months of consistent support to help you craft your business, develop your skills as a teacher and help you navigate all the challenges that come with launching yourself into the world of teaching.

Using time-tested strategies participants are guided through the exploration and development of exceptional technique- and business-based skills as well supported in the inner work of teaching – diving into their motivations, stories and beliefs about making money, being an expert and so, so much more.   With my individual support and that of the mentoring program participants, you are never left to “figure things out on your own”, yet you are encouraged to walk your unique and authentic  path toward becoming a GREAT teacher!

The live and in-person mentoring program is hosted at various locations throughout Sonoma, Napa, Marin and Sacramento counties. Our quarterly workshops are held at different studios around Northern California in order to give participants an opportunity to visit different studios, meet teachers from diverse backgrounds and discover the myriad ways teachers are carving careers for themselves.

The live program includes quarterly 6-hour workshops, monthly group phone calls (tele workshops and check-ins), a private Facebook Group, online educational platform for workshops and technique-rich content, and an online forum where teachers can interact, submit assignments, videos of themselves teaching and more.

Teachers who participate in the live mentoring program also get monthly one-on-one check-in phone calls or meetings with me to discuss ANYTHING!

In addition, I help teachers find opportunities to student teach, apprentice and observe if those things are needed.

The live program is a rich and wonderful community of teachers who support one another no matter what phase of their teaching they are in. It’s a built-in support system you won’t find anywhere else!

• You don’t have to be a certified teacher, just be on the teaching path (from just starting your first teacher training module to already certified)
  • This program is best suited for teachers who have had under 5 years of teaching experience AND is wonderful for the seasoned and experienced teacher looking to go deeper and further!

The online Mentoring Program is EXACTLY the same as the live program minus but a majority of our interactions will be done remotely. It is encouraged that teachers participating online only make an effort to attend the quarterly workshops streaming in real time and to attend at least one workshop in Northern California.

• You can start ANYTIME
• You don’t have to be a certified teacher, just be on the teaching path (from just starting your first teacher training module to already certified)
  • This program is best suited for teachers who have had under 5 years of teaching experience AND is wonderful for the seasoned and experienced teacher looking to go deeper and further!

When you sign up for the online program the first things that will happen are:

1. You will be invited to join the online platform provided via Ruzuku
2. You will be invited to a private Facebook group
3. You will receive a copy of the Mentoring Manual (a 260 page guide book for your journey) PLUS
4. A copy of “Moving Beyond Technique: How to master your craft, nurture your passion and create a thriving Pilates business.”
5. A schedule of:
   1. Monthly group calls
   2. Release dates for online workshops (6 hour workshops 1 per quarter)
6. Will be asked to pick a consistent day and time for your monthly one-on-one coaching call (45 minutes) 
7. Be asked to download a bio and photo into Ruzuku
